Neptune Pool Swim - August 29th, 2026

Dive into an unforgettable evening of elegance with an exclusive opportunity to swim in the iconic Neptune Pool at Hearst Castle. This rare experience invites members and their guests to enjoy the estate in a way few ever will—after hours, under the evening sky, and in one of the most celebrated pools in the world.

The Foundation at Hearst Castle is pleased to offer a limited number of fundraising swim experiences in 2026, each hosting no more than 50 guests. This intimate setting ensures a relaxed and memorable evening for all in attendance.

Guests will enjoy elevated catering provided by Brick & Mortar, along with complimentary wine, beer, and beverages generously provided by Copper & Crystal. Each guest will also receive one custom Foundation at Hearst Castle cabana towel as a keepsake from the evening.

Pool inflatables are welcome with the following guidelines:

• Inflatables must arrive fully inflated on the bus, or

• Guests must bring a cordless pump for inflation

Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted, as all beverages will be provided during the event.

Professional photography may be offered during the swim. If available, photos will be shared with members following the event for personal use only and may not be used for commercial or business purposes. As the evening concludes, guests will be escorted back down the hill, leaving with lasting memories of a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Space is extremely limited and reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Members may reserve spots for up to ten guests.
